Misc. Project 1 --> Shelf Partition Wall Prototypes and Final Design (Laser Cut Models) (FEA)
This project involved developing and 3D printing a partition wall to prevent bags or boxes from toppling over. The design evolved extensively, reflecting the iterative nature of engineering refinement. In later iterations, I utilized Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess whether real-life compression testing was warranted and evaluated the wall's effectiveness in stabilizing bags and boxes. This project underscored the importance of the iterative process in achieving engineering excellence by improving and refining the design through testing and analyses.
